PURCHASE & SHIPPING INFORMATION



Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to THE STYLE SET. Please familiarise yourself with our full TERMS AND CONDITIONS , RETURNS POLICY, PAYMENT AND SECURITY INFORMATION, and DELIVERY INFORMATION set out below, before proceeding with your purchase.

 
 
RETURNS POLICY

THE STYLE SET will exchange or fully refund you for your purchase if you decide the merchandise is not suitable (excluding sale and some specifically marked items). In order for us to facilitate this, you must follow our RETURNS PROCEDURE.

 
EXCHANGES
• THE STYLE SET will happily exchange merchandise for alternate sizes or item(s) with the exception of sale items. See SALE ITEMS.
• Please follow the Returns Procedure indicating on the Return Authorisation Form the details of your requested exchange.
• All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the Returns Policy and meets the Conditions of Return will be eligible for exchange.
• THE STYLE SET will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee that the replacement will be available. In this instance we will contact you to issue a refund.
 
 
REFUNDS
• THE STYLE SET will happily refund merchandise for the full purchase amount less delivery charges with the exception of sale items. See SALE ITEMS.
• Please follow the Returns Procedure indicating on the Return Authorisation Form that you would like a refund.
• All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the Returns Policy and meets the Conditions of Return will be credited to the purchaser’s original credit card used to make the purchase within fourteen (14) days.
• The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty. See FAULTY ITEMS.
 
 
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
• All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels attached and in original packaging. This includes jewellery boxes and shoe boxes, as this is considered part of the product.
• All returned merchandise will undergo quality control checks before any exchange or return is accepted. If THE STYLE SET deems that any merchandise returned is not in a satisfactory condition for re-sale, it will be returned to the customer and the return will be voided.
• All merchandise must be returned within the specified time frames. Late returns will not be accepted.
 
 
RETURNS PROCEDURE – WITHIN AUSTRALIA
• You must email contact@thestyleset.com or call (08) 8357 3338 within two (2) days of delivery to advise us if you intend to exchange or return any merchandise.
• We will email you a Returns Authorisation Form that must be completed and returned with the merchandise. We are unable to accept any returns without this Returns Authorisation Form accompanying the merchandise. This form contains a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) that is required for your return to be processed.
• You must then return the merchandise to us within five (5) days of receiving your Return Authorisation.
• Returns must be sent either with Australia Post Express or a courier service.  All returns must have a tracking number and it is your responsibility to have a record of this. THE STYLE SET will not be held responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All delivery costs for returned merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. THE STYLE SET will only be responsible for the reimbursement of delivery costs if the merchandise supplied is faulty.
 

RETURNS PROCEDURE – INTERNATIONAL
• You must email contact@thestyleset.com or call +61 (0) 8 8357 3338 within two (2) days of delivery to advise us if you intend to exchange or return any merchandise.
• We will email you a Returns Authorisation Form that must be completed and returned with the merchandise. We are unable to accept any returns without this Returns Authorisation Form accompanying the merchandise. This form contains a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) that is required for your return to be processed.
• You must then return the merchandise to us within five (5) days of receiving your Return Authorisation.
• Returns must be sent with an express air-mail service. All returns must have a tracking number and it is your responsibility to have a record of this. THE STYLE SET will not be held responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. All delivery costs for returned merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. THE STYLE SET will only be responsible for the reimbursement of delivery costs if the merchandise supplied is faulty. We recommend DHL, FEDEX and UPS for all returns.
• THE STYLE SET will not be responsible for the reimbursement of any Government Taxes, Duties or Charges that may have been incurred in importing the merchandise to your country. Please contact your local Customs Department for further information.
 
 
SALE ITEMS
• THE STYLE SET are unable to accept any exchanges or returns on sale items (which will be clearly marked as reduced), unless the merchandise is faulty. Please see FAULTY ITEMS.
 

FAULTY ITEMS
• THE STYLE SET follow strict procedures to ensure that all merchandise that is dispatched is quality control checked.
• If you believe that the merchandise you have received is faulty please email contact@thestyleset.com or call +61 (0) 8 8357 3338 immediately.
• We will email you a Returns Authorisation Form that must be completed and returned with the merchandise. THE STYLE SET are unable to accept any faulty returns without this Returns Authorisation Form accompanying the merchandise. This form contains a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) that is required for your faulty return to be processed.
• You must then return the merchandise to THE STYLE SET within five (5) days of receiving your Return Authorisation.
• Returns must be sent either with Australia Post Express or a courier service.  All returns must have a tracking number and it is the customer’s responsibility to have a record of this. THE STYLE SET will not be held responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Delivery costs for returned faulty merchandise will be subsequently reimbursed to the customer if THE STYLE SET deems the item faulty.
• Manufacturing faults will only be accepted if identified within a period of 3 months after delivery.
• All items returned as faulty will be assessed and any items deemed to be subject to wear and tear by the customer will not be deemed as faulty.
• Where possible THE STYLE SET will replace or repair merchandise on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.
• If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, THE STYLE SET will provide a full refund.
 
 

PAYMENT AND SECURITY INFORMATION

PAYMENT
• Payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
• The purchase amount will be debited from the customer’s credit card when THE STYLE SET processes the order.
• All transactions are processed via our secure payment gateway, encrypting your card details.
 
 
SECURITY
• THE STYLE SET utilises Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that purchasing from the site is safe and secure. SSL technology encrypts data sent to and from this site.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
THE STYLE SET uses the most efficient delivery methods to ensure your purchase arrives securely and in a timely manner. Please note that all orders must be signed for on delivery.

• Delivery charge of $15 applies to all orders under AUD $1000, otherwise shipping is free. 
• Delivery time: Please allow 1-3 business days
 
 
DELIVERY INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL
• Delivery charge of AUD $40 applies to all orders under AUD $1000, otherwise shipping is free.
• Delivery time: Please allow up to 10 business days
• Merchandise shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
